EDUCATION:  GET REAL!!!  offers consulting services to educational institutions, teachers, and businesses by providing them with ideas and strategies to incorporate and integrate the expertise of local business and community leaders into the schools.

As consultants, the EGR principals confer with the school district/BOCES administration to design a plan that meets the needs of the employees/teachers requesting the service.  A one- or two-day presentation is developed and presented.  During the session, personal teacher instructional needs are identified, a personal plan is determined, and follow-up consulting meetings are arranged.

Some school districts are interested in establishing ties with their local business leaders to solicit their support on a fundraiser or other program that they wish to create, develop, and sustain from year to year, and they need advice on how to make that happen.  EDUCATION:  GET REAL!!! works closely with them to create a working relationship that has longevity.
