Shipping and Handling Charges 

We ship USPS Priority Mail, using the most cost-effective options (e.g. regional rates, on-line postage, smallest box possible).  For your protection, we require a signature from someone when the package is delivered. The cost of this USPS "signature confirmation" service plus EGR handling is added to the shipping cost, for a total "shipping and handling" charge.

Large shipments:  If your order is more than what will fit in a Priority Mail large flat-rate box (5.5" thickness or about 8 manuals) we show the on-line shipping & handling charge as zero dollars and will contact you to tell you the exact amount for priority shipping.  You may at that point ask us to ship it another way or approve that shipping method.  We'll bill your credit card (or paypal account) for shipping and handling after your approval. For large shipments you may wish to contact us first so we can discuss perhaps less expensive shipping methods and other pricing arrangements. 

Purchase Orders

If you prefer to use a Purchase Order rather than shop on-line with a credit card, please contact us and we'll be happy to handle the purchase in that manner.

Refunds

Our policy is that once the shipment has been received (signed for) and there are no errors with the order fulfillment, the sale is final.

Your EDUCATION GET REAL!!! (EGR) Registration

Whewn you register on this site you indicate:

• Your agreement with the Copyright Agreement.
• If your purchases are going to be exempt from sales tax.
  • This is relevant only if your shipment will be to a location inside Colorado, as we don't collect sales tax for shipments to areas outside Colorado.
  • We're not tax advisors, but typically if your school will be reimbursing you or you are using a school-issued credit card, you will want to indicate when you register that the purchase is tax-exempt. That way we won't apply a sales tax.

EGR keeps your registration information private and uses it only for the above purpose. To make a change to your account, please click on the Profile link. If you wish to delete your account, please contact EGR using the on-line General Inquiries form and we will delete the account.
