EDUCATION: GET REAL!!! Copyright Agreement

To shop on-line at the EGR website, one must register on the website.
At registration, one must indicate agreement with this Copyright Agreement.

Definitions

Resource Manual(s) or Manual(s) refer to the EGR products sold as Manuals. They are all-inclusive and include teacher implementation instructions and tools, National Standards addressed/reinforced, timelines, hand-outs, samples, rubrics, vocabulary, vocabulary tests, and much more. Some are offered with an accompanying CD where the CD includes items from the manual that the teacher may modify to meet their students’ individual needs.

Booklets refer to the EGR product(s) sold as Booklets. They are teaching aids, e.g. mini-units that a teacher can immediately implement.

Individual Purchaser refers to a purchaser of EGR materials who is purchasing the materials for his own classroom use.

Organization Purchaser refers to a purchaser of EGR materials who is purchasing the materials for his organization’s use (school district, discipline, department, team, etc.).

Copyright Notice on Works is an identifier placed on copies of the work to inform the world of copyright ownership that generally consists of the symbol or word (copyright or the symbol ©), the name of the copyright owner, and the year of first publication. Ex: ©Education: Get Real!!! 2011

Copyright Infringement occurs when a copyrighted work is reproduced, distributed, performed, publicly displayed, or made into a derivative work without the permission of the copyright owner.

For Individual Purchasers:

Manuals, Booklets, and Accompanying CDs: These materials are copyrighted and certified by the Library of Congress for EDUCATION: GET REAL!!! LLC. As an individual purchaser, you are the owner of record and ONLY you are entitled to use the materials for YOUR personal classroom use. You may transmit unlimited copies in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording, or by any information storage or retrieval system now known or hereafter invented, but ONLY for YOUR personal classroom use. You are strictly prohibited from sharing the materials in whole or in part with other educators.

“12 Keys” to Success for the Budding Entrepreneur: This book is copyrighted and standard copyright rules apply. Copying the book is strictly prohibited. NOTE: Educators typically purchase one copy per student as this book is intended for the end user (student).

For Organization Purchasers:

Manuals, Booklets, and Accompanying CDs: These materials are copyrighted and certified by the Library of Congress for EDUCATION: GET REAL!!! LLC. As an organization purchaser, you are the owner of record and you are responsible for compliance with this agreement. This agreement permits you to purchase a single item (manual or booklet with or without an accompanying CD) per single “authorized user” where the “authorized user” is defined by your organization. The authorized user may transmit unlimited copies in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording, or by any information storage or retrieval system now known or hereafter invented but ONLY for that authorized user's personal classroom use. Sharing the materials in whole or in part with anyone outside the authorized user’s classroom such as with other educators is strictly prohibited
